Funding Opportunities at the SSRC
Through the generosity of Frank N. Magid Associates, the Social Science Research Center, in conjunction with the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at the University of Iowa announce an annual competition for the Frank D. Magid Associates Undergraduate Prize for Social Science Research Excellence.
This annual competition is designed to encourage and cultivate the qualities necessary to prosper in the expanding world of applied social science, a world that places a premium on the ability to analyze and synthesize data, communicate clearly across a variety of disciplinary boundaries, deal with complex problems, and present them in ways that corporate representatives, government agencies, non-governmental organizations, and the general public can understand and use.
The prize is open to undergraduate social science majors at The University of Iowa and carries a substantial cash prize award. For further details, see the link below.
